Guelph Police say they caught a total of 23 speeders at two different locations on Monday.
They say officers set up speed patrols on Stone Road at Monticello Crescent, and on Victoria Road North at Brunswick Lane.
Both locations were chosen based on complaints about speeding in those particular areas.
The 23 tickets were handed out between 10:10 a.m. and 12:41 a.m.
Police say drivers should remember that speed limits in the city are 50 km/h when not indicated otherwise by signage.
