OPP are investigating after a 9-year-old was attacked by a dog.
The incident happened at a home Wellington Road 16 in Centre Wellington Township.
Two young boys were playing in a back yard on Saturday when the attack occurred.
The 9-year-old had to be taken to hospital for treatment, though the extent of his injuries is not known.
Wellington County OPP as well as the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals continue to investigate.
