Guelph Police say they caught a vehicle travelling on Edinburgh Road South at more than double the speed limit.
The vehicle was stopped just after 11 p.m. Wednesday.
According to police, a radar device clocked it at 125 km/h, on a part of Edinburgh where the speed limit is 60 km/h.
A 20-year-old man faces charges including speeding, stunt driving and failure to stop for police.
