A Guelph man who had managed to evade the authorities for some time finally ran out of luck.
Guelph Police say the 23-year-old was spotted on Carden Street early Monday morning.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest on a total of 36 charges.
Those charges include 14 counts of fraud, 12 counts of possession of stolen credit cards, and various other offences relating to break-and-enters, identity theft and breach of probation.
