Juno Award winner Buffy Sainte-Marie and Ohbijou frontwoman Casey Mecija are among the acts performing at Guelph’s Hillside Festival this summer.

Saint-Marie will be joined by the Sadies, a Canadian alt-country group.

This year’s edition of the festival runs from July 22 to 24 at Guelph Lake.

Among the dozens of other groups announced Friday for the festival are Juno-winning band Fond of Tigers, singer-songwriter Chloe Charles and Grammy-nominated duo The Milk Carton Kids.

Ticket sales for Hillside start April 30. More information is available on the festival’s website.
