A woman says she was approached by a man in a vehicle who was exposing himself.
Wellington County OPP say the incident occurred around 6:15 a.m. Tuesday, on Highland Road in Fergus, while the woman was walking her dog.
According to police, the woman saw a silver Volkswagen Jetta first drive by her, then pull up beside her a few minutes later.
The driver lowered his passenger window and asked the woman for directions.
When the woman bent down to respond, she allegedly noticed that the man was exposing himself.
Police are investigating the incident and wants to hear from anyone who recognizes the vehicle or its driver, who is described as having an olive complexion and likely being in his early 20s.
