A man has been arrested and charged with possessing child porn after an incident at the Guelph City Hall splash pad.
On Tuesday, staff at City Hall contacted Guelph Police. They reported that a male was acting suspiciously, advising police that the man seemed to be taking pictures at the splash pad.
Police found the man and after speaking to him, he was arrested and charged.
The 32-year-old Guelph resident is facing charges of voyeurism, possessing child pornography and mischief.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9, 2016.
