Wellington Road 124 in the Town of Erin closed following a head-on collision that sent three people to hospital.
According to Wellington OPP the crash involved two vehicles.
A man driving a Chevrolet car was taken by air ambulance to a Toronto area hospital with serious injuries.
The female passenger also suffered serious injuries and was taken to local hospital.
The woman driver of the second vehicle, a Dodge minivan, was also transported to local hospital with serious injuries.
OPP are not releasing their names until next of kin have been notified.
The cause of the collision is currently under investigation.
The OPP said that Wellington Road 124 would be closed for approximately three hours from Erin Park Drive and Sir Winston Churchill Boulevard.
