Illegal cannabis storefront reopens, $47K worth of cannabis seized: Brantford Police

Brantford Police say an illegal cannabis store that was previously shut down by police, reopened to the public.

Police noticed the store reopened on April 16 in the area of Clarence Street and Colborne Street.

“A search warrant was executed at the retail location and approximately $47,000 of illegal cannabis was seized,” police said in a media release.

A 50-year-old Brantford man is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Selling under the Cannabis Act.
