Motorcyclist injured in Brantford crash has died

Brantford Police are investigating a crash between a motorcycle and car that sent both drivers to hospital.

Brantford Police say the motorcyclist involved in the King George Road crash on Wednesday has died from his injuries.

The bike collided with a car near Varadi Avenue around 1:50 a.m.

The impact left debris scattered across the road and sent the car careening into a nearby home.

The motorcycle rider was taken to a trauma centre where he was pronounced dead.

Police have not identified him.

The driver of the car was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are still looking at all the factors that could have led to the crash.
