Man charged with sexual assault, sexual exploitation in Surrey

A 66-year-old man has been charged with five offences after a Surrey police investigation into the alleged sexual exploitation of a youth.

The investigation began in in mid-May and the accused was charged on May 30, the Surrey Police Service said in a statement Monday.

David Michael Keogh has been charged with sexual assault, luring, invitation to sexual touching, and sexual interference.

No additional information about the investigation or the allegations was provided.

Keogh and was held in custody over the weekend, with a court appearance set for Monday.
