Two people remain in hospital with serious injuries following a head-on crash just northeast of the Erin town centre.
Wellington County OPP say a 67-year-old London man was behind the wheel of a car that collided with a minivan on Wellington Road 124, east of Erin Park Drive.
His passenger, a 66-year-old woman also from London, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. By Tuesday, she had been released from care.
The driver of the minivan, a 68-year-old Guelph woman who was also seriously hurt, remained in hospital as of Tuesday afternoon.
Police say they continue to investigate the cause of the collision and want to hear from anyone who witnessed it.
