Scientists of Sound
I spent some time with some Maritime music-makers earlier today.
Craig Mercer and Colin Crowell spent many years making music with their respective groups – The Tom Swift Band and Ruby Jean and the Thoughtful Bees. But in recent years, they joined forces and took their sound in a new direction.
The guys started “Scientists of Sound”… an electro tech house duo. And next week they're releasing their debut album. “Electric Scissors” is due on shelves and iTunes on June 18th.
I have to tell you, they sound amazing! It's obvious they've been playing music for years. They've also got a great stage presence, something they've honed through the years and more recently on a hectic tour schedule. Their travels have taken them all over the world... as far away as China!
