A 30-year-old man has been charged following an altercation involving a knife in Windsor, N.S.
RCMP responded to a report of a man wielding a knife at another man on Water Street around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Once officers arrived, police say they learned the man with the knife was threatening the other man.
No one was physically injured, according to an RCMP news release.
James Lee Marble-Stock of Windsor was arrested at the scene.
At the time, police say Marble-Stock was in possession of:
- two knives
- a box cutter
- other sharp objects
Marble-Stock has been charged with:
- assault with a weapon
- possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- uttering threats
- failure to comply with a court order
He was remanded into custody and was scheduled to appear in Kentville provincial court on Wednesday.
