The RCMP has resumed the aerial search for a missing child who fell into the water while fishing in Cooks Cove, N.S., last week.
Police said Wednesday its RCMP Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems, or drones, are back in the air in Guysborough County to continue the search.

They are asking people not to use their personal drones in areas where police are present.
The child had been fishing with a man and another child when he fell into the water around 1:30 p.m. last Thursday, according to police.
“The man entered the water immediately to rescue the child but was unsuccessful,” said the RCMP last week.
More than 13 agencies joined police in the search for the boy, who remains missing.
“There is no information to suggest that the child got out of the water safely and the extensive search efforts have not resulted in information that would enable searchers to identify a specific search location for the child’s remains,” police said last week.
The RCMP suspended the search Saturday at 5 p.m. but said they would resume further search efforts by air at a later date.
Police have not released any details about the child, but a Facebook page dedicated to the community’s search efforts has identified him as a four-year-old boy named Oakley.
According to “The Search for Oakley” Facebook page, community members continued to search the area after police suspended their formal search.
A GoFundMe Page has also been created for the family. More than $11,000 had been raised as of 2 p.m. Wednesday.
