Albro Lake Road in Dartmouth reopens, police investigation continues

Halifax police searched a Dartmouth, N.S., property as part of a firearms investigation Tuesday.

A section of Albro Lake Road in Dartmouth, N.S., has reopened Tuesday morning following an earlier closure due to a police investigation.

Albro Lake Road between Sheridan and Slater streets was closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic at 10 a.m. It reopened about 30 minutes later.

Halifax Regional Police says it is searching a home in the area connected to an ongoing firearms investigation.
