Serious multi-vehicle crash in Caledon closes Highway 10

Cars are in ditches and overturned against hydro poles.

Ontario Provincial Police say the horrific crash happened at around 3:20 p.m. this afternoon.

OPP say that a transport truck allegedly rear-ended several vehicles.

One person is trapped with potentially serious injuries.

ORNGE has been called in.

Police say the transport truck took down hydro wires.

Police say to expect Highway 10 to be closed northbound at Charleston Sideroad and southbound at Beech Grove Sideroad for several hours.
