A fail-to-remain charge was one of many police laid against a driver last week.
Caledon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were summoned to a collision on Dotchson Avenue after a car had failed to remain at the scene of a car crash Thursday afternoon.
Police found the vehicle and the driver, and during their interaction came to the conclusion the driver’s ability to drive was impaired.
Alcohol tests revealed the man was driving with four times the legal limit of alcohol in his body.
