Police arrest man who refuses to leave GO

Barrie police were called to the GO Transit Allandale yard when a man refused to wake up and leave the train around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Police officers say the man was uncooperative and he was arrested under the Trespass to Property Act.

Once they confirmed the man’s identity, police determined the 45-year-old was wanted on outstanding warrants by another police department.

The man was transferred to a GTA police service Wednesday morning.
