There are plenty of local events and activities to check out in Calgary this weekend.

Oktoberfest

• What: Dress in your best dirndl or lederhosen and head to the Grey Eagle for Oktoberfest. Your $40 ticket includes a one-litre stein of Hofbräu beer. There is also German cuisine, games, live performances and dancing.
