Airdrie RCMP are investigating the sexual assault of a woman in Nose Creek Park last year.
Police say at about 3 a.m. on June 1, 2024, a woman was offered a ride home from the Main Street Beer and BBQ restaurant by a male.
While on the way home, police said the man stopped at Nose Creek Park and sexually assaulted her.
The victim was able to get away and ran to a 7-11 in Luxstone for help.

Police are now looking for help from the public to identify the suspect.
He is described as having a medium complexion and being approximately 177 centimetres (5’10”) tall.
The suspect was wearing a red turban and a black-and-grey Tommy Hilfiger zip-up jacket, blue jeans and white or grey shoes with three black stripes.
The suspect’s vehicle is believed to be a dark blue or black Tesla Model Y or Model 3.
