Construction got underway over the weekend on Highway 3 just east of Highway 25 to east of 43 Street.
Between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., the provincial project will be milling, paving, doing concrete work, signage and signal upgrades.
There will be grooved pavement, temporary markings, and lane, ramp and turn-lane closures during this time, as well as reduced speed zones.
During the day, ramps will be open and two lanes in each direction will usually be available.
Nighttime construction will take place on Highway 3 in Lethbridge from April 17 to July 31.
