A pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision near the South Trail Crossing shopping centre in southeast Calgary.
The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of 130 Avenue S.E. on Friday.
Police say a pedestrian was walking in a marked crosswalk near the Boston Pizza when they were hit.
The driver remained on the scene.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital in serious but stable condition.
