The Galt Museum in Lethbridge has unveiled its latest temporary exhibit.
It’s all about ordinary people standing up to injustice.
Taking Action: People Making a Difference shares local and national stories of people making a difference.
Curators believe attendees will find similarities between the stories of the past and what’s happening today.
Portions of the exhibit are also tied to Blackfoot values.
The museum hopes visitors will be inspired by what they learn.
“This exhibit highlights eight specific events in and around the community that are moments of social justice or people standing up for social change,” said Camina Weasel Moccasin, exhibit curator.

The exhibit is open from now until Oct. 5.
