Two Edmonton restaurants are getting recognition for being among the best dining experiences in Canada this year. Sabor Restaurant is no stranger to the coveted list as the restaurant has reclaimed its spot on OpenTable’s list every year since 2021. Olia, an Italian restaurant located on Jasper Avenue, made its debut on the top 100 list this year, despite only being open since October 2024. While Edmonton claimed only two spots, Albertan restaurants made a statement on the 2025 list with Calgary earning 14 spots and Banff and Jasper collectively holding three spots.
