Two people are dead after a vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and hit their vehicle on Highway 2 south of Slave Lake, Alta., on Sunday afternoon. Mounties responded to the two-vehicle crash around 3 p.m. A vehicle crossed the double lines into oncoming traffic, hit another vehicle, and killed a 62-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man, RCMP said on Monday. They were both Slave Lake residents. The people in the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.
