Dead body found in Holyrood was 32-year-old man, still no word on cause of death

Edmonton police said they don’t yet have a cause of death for a man found dead in Holyrood on the weekend.

The 32-year-old man was found dead in the parking lot of Holyrood Community Hall near 94 Avenue and Holyrood Road on Sunday.

On Tuesday, police said a toxicology report on the man was pending after his autopsy, and that the cause and manner of death had yet to be determined.

His death is still being considered suspicious and homicide detectives are still investigating.
