St. Albert is hosting its first downtown night market that’ll feature local vendors, food and culture in the heart of the city. The market aims to showcase more than 50 vendors and entertainment while supporting downtown businesses, the Downtown St. Albert Business Association said in a news release. “We invite visitors to re-discover downtown St. Albert,” said Leah Loudden with the association. “Explore downtown with live entertainment, family-friendly activities and lots of local food and shopping options in the community atmosphere that makes St. Albert so special.” A free Park-and-Ride shuttle is available to get people to the festival along Perron Street. The event is free and runs between 6 and 9 p.m. on May 20.
