Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane and fiancée Mara Teigen welcomed their third child together last month.
Penelope Monroe Kane was born on March 4 and the couple brought their newborn home on April 4 after weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit, according to People.
Coming home was “very exciting,” Teigen told People.
“I can finally relax knowing that I’m home, I have all my kids around me,” she said.
The couple shares two young sons. Kane also has a four-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
“They’re doting on their baby sister,” Kane told the magazine.
“They’re very curious, and want to hold her hand, and give her lots of hugs, and kisses. It’s very sweet to see.”
