Emergency crews were called to a gas leak in Grande Prairie on Wednesday. At 12:59 p.m. Mounties sent out an alert asking the public to avoid the areas around 102 Avenue and Township Road 714 between 93 and 94 Street. At 4:08 p.m. police advised that the situation had concluded and any evacuated persons could return home.
