Massage therapist charged with sexual assault

An Edmonton massage therapist has been charged with sexual assault and police say there could be additional victims.

An Edmonton massage therapist has been charged with sexual assault.

Julio Uribe, 36, was reported in June.

A client of his at Bamboo Wellness in southeast Edmonton reported he touched her in a sexual manner without consent during an appointment.

Uribe was charged on June 10 and released under orders not to contact the complainant or attend Bamboo Wellness.

Police believe other people may have been targeted. Other complaints or information related to the case can be reported to Edmonton Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
