Alberta recorded 16 new cases of measles since Friday, bringing the provincial total to 74.
There were nine new cases in the central zone and seven in the south.
The central zone has reported the most cases to date in 2025 at 39 cases while the south zone has reported 18 cases.
Edmonton and Calgary have recorded only four and three cases respectively.
As of the most recent federal data, which was updated March 29, Alberta, Quebec and Ontario were the only provinces that had reported more than 10 cases.
The most recent data for Quebec, posted April 9, shows 40 cases in the province, while Ontario had reported 816 measles cases as of April 10.
