Oilers expand team store in Ice District

The Edmonton Oilers will hold a grand opening for their expanded team store in Ice District on Saturday.

The Oilers Team Store is nearly double the size now with more than 5,300 square-feet, the team said on Friday.

The expanded store now has a space replicating the Oilers dressing room and a hat wall.

The grand opening, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., will feature Oilers alumni, including Georges Laraque, a DJ and raffle prizes.

The Oilers host the Stars at 8 p.m. Saturday.
