Photos of SUV connected to fatal shooting released by police

Police are looking for an SUV in connection to a homicide in Castle Downs earlier this year.

Police are releasing images of a vehicle connected to a fatal shooting in February in hopes of generating new information.

On Feb. 16, officers responded to reports of a shooting at 109 Street and 166 Avenue.

Officers arrived at the scene to find Mohammed Mussa, 38, suffering from gunshot wounds.

He later died in hospital.

Investigators believe the shooter was driving a black 2012-2015 Audi Q5 SUV.

Anyone with information about the vehicle or who may have seen it at the scene between 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 16 is asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567.
