Several Edmontonians were displaced by a fire at a southeast townhouse complex early Tuesday morning. The blaze at 21 Avenue and 46 Street was reported at 2:30 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they found the top floor of the three-storey building “fully engulfed” in flames. They declared the fire under control around 4 a.m., but were still monitoring for hot spots as of 6:30 a.m. No injuries were reported. Officials did not know how many people were displaced.
