Party time: Where to watch FIFA World Cup matches in Edmonton

The world will be watching Canada – and Mexico and the U.S. – starting Thursday.

And so will Edmonton as this year’s FIFA World Cup, the globe’s largest sporting event, begins in North America’s three largest countries.

Fans can watch all the games at home, of course, but can also venture to several locales – be they pubs, bars, restaurants or homes to cultural societies – to share the excitement with other supporters.
