A man from Cambridge has been arrested as part of an investigation into child sexual abuse and exploitation material. The Waterloo Regional Police Service investigation began earlier this month, leading to the arrest of a 35-year-old man on July 20. Police accused him of using the dark web to access child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAEM). He was charged with one count of accessing CSAEM. Charges regarding CSAEM formerly used the term “child pornography.”
