Guelph Police are looking for tips after a man was spotted on security cameras stealing a package from the porch of a home and later fleeing from an officer last week.

Police describe the suspect as a white man with a medium build, last seen wearing a red ‘Crooks’ hoodie, black sweatpants, black sneakers and a black and red hat.
