Police investigate reports of criminal harassment in Kitchener-Waterloo

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is hoping to identify and speak with a person as part of an investigation into multiple reports of criminal harassment in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Police said the incidents happened between July 2025 and Dec. 16, 2025.

Police did not go into detail about the incidents but included images of the person they are hoping to speak with.

Police descripted the person as male, approximately 5’6” tall, with a medium build and dark hair.

The male is known to visit Conestoga Mall and Fairview Park Mall and has also been seen traveling on the LRT.
