Police investigating after BB gun shots reportedly fired in Kitchener

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is looking to identify a vehicle after shots from a BB gun were reportedly fired in Kitchener.

On Saturday, police said officers responded to reports of gun shots heard in the area of Marl Meadow Court and Marl Meadow Drive.

Police said that after a preliminary investigation, they determined the shots were fired on Wednesday night.

According to police, at around 11:23 p.m. an unknown white sedan reportedly drove up to a residence and an individual exited the vehicle. They then fired multiple shots at another unoccupied vehicle before reentering the sedan and leaving.

Police said they later determined a BB gun was used in the incident.

No one was hurt.
