Police looking for suspect connected to repeated harassment case in Waterloo

The Waterloo Regional Police’s Special Victim’s Unit are looking for a person who has allegedly been harassing a 19-year-old woman repeatedly.

On Oct. 17, police were informed of on-going incidents of unwanted communication that a woman had been receiving. She told police a person she did not know had allegedly been contacting her repeatedly. Police did not specify how the person was making contact with the victim.

Police have asked the public for help to identify the person shown in the photos provided.
