Guelph Police are investigating a very unusual break-in. A resident went away for the weekend and when they returned on Monday, they found a mess inside their home in the Nottingham Street and Dublin Street South area. The victim told police the home has been ransacked and some of their items had been moved around. That wasn’t the worst of it, though. “The victim found a used needle in their bedroom and urine on the floor,” a media release said. A projector was also reportedly stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact Const. Emily Dietrich at 519-824-1212, ext. 7265, or email edietrich@guelphpolice.ca.
