The Guelph Police Service says three separate fires were reported in the city Monday, all the same area and all within an hour of each other.
Officers were first dispatched to Victoria Road, Stone Road and Watson Parkway for a grass fire.
Shortly after, they were called to two more fires in the area.
“One of the fires was also in a grassy/wooded area, and the other was in a camp, with a tent and tree being burnt,” police said in a media release. “At this time, it is uncertain if the fires were intentional or accidental.”
