A Guelph man is facing an assault charge after a knife was pulled out during a parking lot fight.

Guelph Police Service said two men were arguing at a plaza on Eramosa Road around 12:30 p.m. Sunday. One man was reportedly trying to load groceries into a taxi, preventing the other man from leaving his parking spot.
