Man sprayed with noxious substance in Guelph and robbed of drugs he had just bought

The Guelph Police Service is looking for two suspects after a man said he was sprayed with a noxious substance and the drugs he had just bought were stolen.

Emergency services were called to a business near Waterloo Avenue and Edinburgh Road South just before 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Investigators said the man had gone to an apartment on Waterloo Avenue to buy drugs earlier that day. A short time later, he was sitting in his car when he was approached by two people. He told police they sprayed him with a noxious substance and stole the drugs he had just bought.
