A driver from Guelph has been taken to a trauma centre with serious injuries after a collision on the Hanlon Parkway near Willow Road.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle collision around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Ontario Provincial Police said the crash involved an SUV and a dump truck towing a trailer.
One of the drivers, a 43-year-old from Guelph, was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The northbound lanes of the Hanlon Parkway were closed for approximately four-and-a-half hours while the investigation was underway. The road was since reported.
