Teen clerk robbed at knifepoint: Guelph Police

Guelph Police say a teenaged store clerk was robbed at knifepoint Friday at a business near York Road and Ontario Street.

Police were called to the unnamed business around 7:10 p.m.

A media released stated a man, wearing a balaclava and holding a knife, went into the business and demanded cash before fleeing on foot. The clerk was not hurt.

The suspect was described as a Black male with light skin. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, a black mask and carrying a knife with a purple handle.
