A fire in the core of St. Thomas has damaged a century home.
The blaze broke out around 10 a.m. on Scott Street between Pearl and East streets.
Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Topliffe told CTV News the second floor sustained significant damage.
Fire crews had the blaze under control shortly after arrival.
There were no injuries.
Fire investigators arrived at the scene after 11 a.m.
