The London Knights earned another road win Friday night, beating the Sudbury Wolves 5-2.

Kasper Halttunen scored the game-winning goal, breaking a 2-2 tie late in the second period. Evan Van Gorp chipped in with two goals, earning first star of the game honours.

Before the game, the Knights announced Easton Cowan would be “out,” but didn’t provide a reason. His regular season point streak remains at 62 games.

The win keeps London on top of the OHL standings, five points clear of second place Kitchener.

Their Northern Ontario road trip wraps up Sunday when they visit the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.
