The London Knights offense exploded against the Owen Sound Attack Friday night at Canada Life Place, cruising to a 9-1 win.

Forward Sam O’Reilly led the way with a hattrick, while defenseman Sam Dickinson contributed a goal and three assists. It’s the fourth time this season the Knights have scored at least nine goals in a game.

The win maintains London’s healthy lead on top of the OHL standings, and gets them back in the win column after a loss to second place Kitchener last weekend.

There are 12 games left in the regular season for the Knights, and just four of them will be at home.

London will be right back at it Saturday night, starting a three-game road trip in Niagara.
